dinner = http://www.katheats.com/?p=14111 I followed this recipe but only added 1.5 T of tahini and 3/4 T sugar. It turned out super GOOD!! The sauce really is so different and GOOD! I would make this again for sure! Ava and Jonathan wouldn’t even try it though so…..It won’t be something I make every week!! If it was just me I probably would lol it was super good!
For the veggies I used cauliflower, garlic, 1/4 an onion, 1/2 green pepper, and 2 handfuls of mustrooms and barrilla plus pasta! YUM
Note* If you all have not tried those Kashi Go lean crunch bars YOU SHOULD!! I had my first one today it was so good!! 180 cals and 7 grams of protien SWEET!!
