I think from now on I will be posting my daily eats on Fridays just so you all don’t think I eat pizza, lasagna and cake all week 🙂 I love food and I love healthy food but every since the holidays I have been feeling really yucky and weird which all leads back to all of the unhealthy food I’ve been consuming. Its not that I have been feasting on cake for the past 2 weeks but I have been eating more high-caloric/processed food than I usually do. So I’ve really been trying to clean up my act. Thankfully this weekend we are off to the grocery store to get some healthy eats!
For breakfast this morning it was a nice warm bowl of oats and a cup of morning thunder tea.
1/2 cup oatmeal
3/4 cup water
1/4 cup milk (all that was left)
1/2 banana (added at the end of cooking, whipped in)
1 tsp brown sugar
pinch of salt/ cinnamon
1 T natural peanut butter
This is just what I needed on a frigid, windy morning.
